We offer a range of trips that have been hand selected by us to assure excellent quality and competitive pricing. You can see all trips we offer here. Do I need travel insurance?
These days, travel insurance is a must! Be sure you are properly insured for you next trip. We have partnered with Travel Insurance Services to ensure sisters friends are covered for their next big vacation, adventure or trip. Insurance is offered not only in conjunction with our Travel Program, but also for your personal trips. Visit Travel Insurance Services for more information.
What are the terms and conditions?
Each trip has different specific terms and conditions. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions link in the trip specific details for more information.
What should I pack?
As a general rule you should always pack:
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Passport and a second form of ID
  • Photocopy of Passport and ID
  • All needed prescription medications with prescription labels
  • Photocopy of medical prescriptions
  • Credit Card
  • Clothing (dependent on climate and season. Contact trip representative for more information)

Can I bring family or friends who are not members of Alpha Xi Delta?
Of course! All family and friends are welcome to join you on any of our trips. Some trips may not be suitable for younger children so be sure to check with the trip representative.

What are your physical and/or health requirements?
Check the specific trip details for the specific pace (link this to pace explanation page/pop up) Our brochures will give detailed information regarding the rigors of individual trips. Most of our trips involve some walking. Participants can opt-out of any particular excursion. More detailed information, with health and medical recommendations, will be provided in informational mailings sent to confirmed participants prior to departure.
